The German Ministry of internal affairs (Bundesministerium des Innern / BMI) is currently trying to prevent the publication of documents by the platform "FragDenStaat.de" by misusing the copyright law. The documents, obtained by "FragDenStaat.de" through the Freedom of Information Act (Informationsfreiheitsgesetz / IFG), can be requested by anyone at the German Ministry of internal affairs - still the Ministry is trying to prevent their publication.
